Introduction to Sleep Health
Good quality sleep is an essential component of a healthy mind and body
In order to repair tissue damage from daily work and activities, we sleep for approximately one third of our lives, allowing our organs to revitalize and in particular allowing our brain to consolidate memory and re-energise to cope with the challenges of the next day.
